1. Acceptance

By using MIMI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MIMI is an AI chat assistant. We provide 5 free messages to new users. After that, continued access requires payment via M-Pesa.

3. Accounts

You can sign in using Google or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

4. Payments

• Payments are made via M-Pesa STK Push through IntaSend.
• Access is granted for a fixed duration (e.g. 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours) depending on the plan purchased.
• All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for time-based access that has already been activated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free messages
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service

6. AI Disclaimer

MIMI is an AI and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on MIMI for medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
